Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026. This policy describes general shipping practices for wholesale orders placed with ROSYDAZE LLC. Final freight terms, carrier method, charges, and delivery commitments are confirmed with each accepted order.
Order processing
Wholesale orders may require availability confirmation, quantity verification, payment clearance, freight planning, or supplier coordination before dispatch. A typical quotation may identify an estimated handling or lead time, but estimates can change due to inventory, seasonality, carrier capacity, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping methods
Depending on size and destination, orders may ship by parcel carrier, less-than-truckload (LTL), truckload, or another commercial freight method. Oversized, palletized, heavy, or agricultural equipment-related goods may require commercial-address delivery, lift-gate service, appointment scheduling, or destination access suitable for freight vehicles.
Freight charges and taxes
Shipping charges are based on product dimensions, weight, pallet configuration, destination, service level, and carrier rates. Applicable taxes, duties, accessorial charges, and destination-specific fees may be added where required. These amounts will be communicated in the quote or order documentation when known.
Delivery inspection
Please inspect freight on arrival. Note visible shortages or damage on the delivery receipt before signing when possible. Take photographs of damaged cartons, pallets, labels, and products. Retain packaging while a claim is under review.
Risk, title and delivery location
Risk of loss and title transfer are determined by the agreed written sales and freight terms for the specific order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring the location can receive the selected shipment type.
Delays
Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is expressly purchased and accepted. Weather, agricultural season demand, freight-network interruptions, natural events, labor disruptions, customs processes, and other external factors may affect timing.
Address changes
Request any address change before dispatch. Once freight has entered the carrier network, reconsignment or redelivery may not be possible and may involve additional carrier fees.
